By registering as a Buzzador you agree to the terms and conditions of the following Buzzador AB standard contract for Buzzadors:
1. Buzzadors will receive sample goods and information on different products free of charge from Buzzador AB. 2. Buzzadors are to use the products themselves, discuss the products with people in their environment and complete an evaluation questionnaire in line with instructions provided by Buzzador AB. 3. The Buzzador concept is based on honesty. Buzzadors must openly inform people with whom they discuss the products of their role as a Buzzador. Buzzadors must also communicate their own honest opinion on the products. Buzzadors are also required to answer the questions in the questionnaire honestly and to the best of their ability. 4. Neither the Buzzador nor Buzzador AB receive any compensation or have the right to make a compensation claim against the other party. Nor can demands be directed against Buzzador AB for the qualities, condition or use of products or for any direct or indirect damage or injury caused by products. 5. Buzzadors participate on a voluntary basis. Apart from a small number of universal campaigns, Buzzadors receive information on new campaigns by email and then decide themselves whether they wish to participate or not. If for any reason, a Buzzador wishes to terminate a current campaign they should notify Buzzador AB immediately. 6. Buzzadors are to register and update their personal details at buzzador.com. These details are to enable Buzzador AB to select and suggest campaigns that can be of interest to and suitable for each Buzzador. Buzzador AB's standard contract for Buzzadors
By registering these details at buzzador.com Buzzadors acknowledge that Buzzador AB will use the information for this purpose and that Buzzador AB can email the Buzzador. Buzzadors can change or delete data at any time. Buzzador AB will never request sensitive personal data from Buzzadors such as full civil registration number, credit card numbers or ethnic, political or religious data. Buzzador AB undertakes not to hold or register any information on the Buzzador other than contact details (including IP address) provided by the Buzzador. 7. When registering, Buzzadors are to create a unique user ID that cannot be traced to the Buzzador. Buzzadors must be a minimum of 15 years of age. 8. Buzzador AB undertakes not to release Buzzador email addresses, identity data or other personal details for purposes other than those stated here. 9. Answers given by Buzzadors in evaluation questionnaires are used by Buzzador AB to develop the Buzzador concept and the data will be forwarded to Buzzador AB clients for product development and marketing purposes. Buzzador AB does not disclose the identity of Buzzadors to clients. 10. While registered with Buzzador AB, Buzzadors undertake not to participate in similar campaigns with other companies. 11. Buzzadors and Buzzador AB can both terminate their association at any time without liability to the other party. The Buzzador’s user ID will, however, remain on the Buzzador AB system. 12. Buzzadors are responsible for any tax liability arising from goods, rewards and prizes received from Buzzador AB.
